ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp of canola or peanut oil
  • 3 Cups of Packaged Fresh Stir-fry Vegatables
  • 8oz. Sirloin steak or any steak of your choice thinly sliced into strips
  • 1 Cup frozen, shelled soybeans (edamame)
  • 2 Tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, smashed
  • 3 Tsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tsp chili paste

    Heat oil on medium high in large frying pan. add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant, around 30 seconds. Remove garlic from pan. Add stir fry vegetables and quickly fry, about 4 minutes. Remove vegetables. Add remaining oil to pan and cook beef and edamame around 2 minutes, until beef is browned. Return veggies to pan

    In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar and chili paste. Add to pan and cook until blended through. Serve over brown rice.
