Stephen’s favorite! All of these ingredients will vary depending on how much you want to make. I don’t actually have a recipe for this but this is at least all of the ingredients and approximate amounts that I make for a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 loaf velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

directions

    Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Mix sliced potatoes, chopped onions, salt, pepper and flour. Cut velveeta into small cubes and stir into the potato mixture. Place mixture evenly in baking dish. Pour milk to fill the dish 1/2 up.

    Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.
