Mango shrimp kebabs
Simple summer BBQ dish
ingredients
- Large fresh uncooked and unpeeled shrimp (make sure they are deveined though)
- 1 mango
- Goya mango nectar
- Chilli powder
- 1 lime

Peel mango and cut into squares
- 2
Place in bowl with shrimp and cover with mango nectar
- 3
Add about 2 teaspoons of good chilli powder (more if you like a bigger kick)

Add the jusice of one lime
- 5
Marinate for about 30 minutes mixing occasionally
- 6
Thread shrimp and mango onto skewers alternating shrimp with fruit
- 7
Place on grill and grill until shrimp are pink and cooked through - turn skewer at least once during cooking

Serve with green avocado salad
