Clam Sauce

ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 T flour
  • 4 cups (4 6-7 oz) chopped clams in liquid
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 4 large cans diced tomatoes

    In a large pot, saute garlic in olive oil.

  • 2

    In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the undrained clams.

  • 3

    Combine all ingredients into large pot.
