Clam Sauce
ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 T flour
- 4 cups (4 6-7 oz) chopped clams in liquid
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 4 large cans diced tomatoes

In a large pot, saute garlic in olive oil.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the undrained clams.

Combine all ingredients into large pot.
