Contribution from Tom Turner that is our only Canadian residence in the class. He and wife, Ann, go between Canada in the summer and Florida in the winter. In sophomore year, he brought a premium bottle of his Dad’s whisky to an away varsity football game which we would all travel to in the back of Ken Robinson’s dad’s truck. On the way we would throw water balloons at pedestrians and old ladies to douse them just for the hell of it. At halftime of the football game, Ken’s dad found the whisky and damn that was the end of that nice treat on the way home. Barton Robinson(Ken’s father) got to keep it for his liquor cabinet

ingredients

  • First Stage:
  • 1 pkg. hash browns-thawed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • Second Stage:
  • Bob Evans spicy sausage
  • 10-12 eggs
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

    Brown package of Bob Evans spicy sausage crumbled and mix in:

    10-12 eggs, 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese. Pour this over cooked hash browns and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350 about 45 minutes Should be a little brown on top. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
