Sausage Cheese Balls

  • 1 lb bulk sausage.

  • 3 C Bisquick or Jiffy Mix.

  • 4 C shredded cheddar cheese (16oz).

  • ½ tsp garlic powder or Adobo seasoning

  • ½ C milk, if needed

  • Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into

  • 1-inch balls. Place in greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees 20-25 min. or until brown. Serve warm with barbecue or chili sauce for dipping
