Sausage Cheese Balls

ingredients
- 1 lb bulk sausage.
- 3 C Bisquick or Jiffy Mix.
- 4 C shredded cheddar cheese (16oz).
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or Adobo seasoning
- 1/2 C milk, if needed

Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into

1-inch balls. Place in greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees 20-25 min. or until brown. Serve warm with barbecue or chili sauce for dipping
notes
Can freeze ahead either cooked or uncooked and keep for 1-2 months
