Mom C's Chicken Casserole

  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned

  • 2 cups shredded Velveeta

  • ½ cup mayo

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • ½ cup onion, chopped

  • Place celery and onion in bottom casserole. Layer with chicken.

  • Mix soup, mayo, and 1 cup cheese. Pour over chicken.

  • Top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
