Turkey Salad Croissants
ingredients
- 2 cups turkey, sliced and cooked
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup radish, coarsely chopped
- 2 T green onion, chopped
- 2 T pimientos, diced
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t dill weed
- 1 t seasoned salt
- lettuce leaves
- 6 croissants
directions
Combine all ingredients and spread onto croissants.
