Rhubarb Jam
ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, finely chopped
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 Sm pkg strawberry or raspberry jello
directions
Boil and simmer rhubarb and sugar. When thoroughly cooked add jello and continue to cook until dissolved.
notes
This was all to the notes Mom wrote down for this recipe. My guess would be cook 20 to 30 minutes to make sure the sugar and jello are thoroughly cook and ready for the jelly jars.
