Add Spring Mix lettuce to this noodle salad!

ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Somen noodles, boiled (1lb)
  • 1 kamaboko, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Ham, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs, scrambled, fry thin layer, thinly slice
  • 2-3 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • Lay somen, lettuce, kamaboko, ham, eggs in serving dish, garnish with green onions.
  • Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Mix sauce ingredients in a bottle, shake well, pour over salad and serve. Serves 10-12 people.
  • Sauce (Quick)
  • 2 Tbl. Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbl. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3 Tbl. Vinegar
  • 2 Tb. Soy sauce
  • Sauce (Gourmet)
  • 2 Tbl. Sesame seeds
  • 1 c. Marukan seasoned vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbl. Memmi
  • 3 Tbl. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbl. Mirin
  • 2 Tbl. Sugar
  • 2 Tbl. Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbl. Cooking oil
  • Dash of black pepper

directions

Layer the ingredients in an open faced platter. Great Asian flavored salad.
