Pecan Balls
ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups pecan pieces
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- powdered sugar for rolling
directions
Cream butter and add sugar, beat until creamy. Add flour, pecan and vanilla. Form into small balls and put onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 for about 30 minutes. When cool roll in powdered sugar twice.
