Jane's Salmon
Introduced to us on The Island.
ingredients
- 1 big CostCo salmon
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbs (or to taste) garlic chili sauce

Only marinade for approx. 30 minutes before cooking. Then cook at 425 degrees for approx. 8 mins. (depends on thickness of salmon and how rare you will eat it) maybe 10 mins.

You might want to test all this as my version is not very helpful but committed to some crazy memory part of my brain that I can’t access - I just try and see what tastes good. I’ll bug Sue again for the official recipe.
