Pumpkin Crunch
This sweet and savory dessert is a huge hit in the Fall and Winter!
ingredients
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 can of pumpkin
- 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 c. melted butter
- whipped cream

Grease the bottom of a 13“x 9” pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour into the pan.

Sprinkle dry cake mix all over the pumpkin mixture.

Top with nuts.

Drizzle butter over the nuts.

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool and serve with whipped cream on top.
