Pumpkin Crunch

This sweet and savory dessert is a huge hit in the Fall and Winter!

  • Grease the bottom of a 13“x 9” pan.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour into the pan.

  • Sprinkle dry cake mix all over the pumpkin mixture.

  • Top with nuts.

  • Drizzle butter over the nuts.

  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Cool and serve with whipped cream on top.
