ingredients
- 1 large (6oz.) pack Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter (softened)
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 jar preserves, apricot or prune

Mix together cream cheese, butter, flour and sugar until firm.

Chill dough overnight for best results.

On a floured surface, roll out dough till 1/8" thick and cut into squares.

Put a spoonful of preserves in the center.

Fold all corners to the center and seal edges where they meet.

Bake on 375° for 10 minutes or until light brown.

Remove from tray immediately and dust with powdered sugar.
