ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen (or fresh) blueberries
  • 4 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • or 1 can sliced apples, drained
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 4-serving box butterscotch pudding (kind you
  • cook)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    Place apples and blueberries in a 8-inch round baking dish. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons dry pudding mix on top, set aside. In another bowl combine melted butter, rest of dry pudding mix, oats, flour, brown sugar, pecan, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top of fruit mixture.

    Microwave 11 to 13 minutes or until apples are tender. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
