Macaroni and Cheese

  • 1½ cups cottage cheese

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked

  • 2 cups mostaccioli rigati, cooked

  • 1½ cups sour cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 24 ounces cheddar cheese, coarsely

  • shredded

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking pan.

  • Bake at 375 degrees until golden and crusty, about 40 minutes.

  • **I add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and a few of hot sauce to this recipe to give it a kick.
