Macaroni and Cheese
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 cups mostaccioli rigati, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 24 ounces cheddar cheese, coarsely
- shredded
- salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking pan.

Bake at 375 degrees until golden and crusty, about 40 minutes.

**I add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and a few of hot sauce to this recipe to give it a kick.
