Lauren's Healthy Taco Salad
ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 1b. ground turkey
- 1 (8 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (8 oz) can sweet corn
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg Taco bell taco seasoning
- 3 cups multi-grain chips
- 2 cups bottle of Kraft sun dried tomato dressing
directions
Mix the taco seasoning in with the ground turkey, then brown in a medium skillet over medium heat. Drain grease from meat and seat meat aside. Chop lettuce into small 1/2 inch strips and mix with tomatoes and onions in a large salad bowl. Add black beans and corn to salad. Mix meat in with salad and top with shredded cheese. Toss with dressing. Serve with multi-grain chips.
