Flank Steak
This is our BBQ favorite and something Jay can easily whip!
ingredients
- Flank Steak or Skirt Steak
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Jack Daniels
- Spicy sauce
- Black peppers or Pepper
directions

First fillet the meat so it is thin if you’re using flank steak.

2 cups of Soy sauce
- 3
1 cups of Brown sugar,
- 4
1/2 cup of Jack Daniels
- 5
Add any spicy sauce to your liking and black peppers.
- 6
Let it marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. If you are using skirt steak you can go with marinating it for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
