Flank Steak

This is our BBQ favorite and something Jay can easily whip!

  • First fillet the meat so it is thin if you’re using flank steak.

  • 2 cups of Soy sauce

  • 1 cups of Brown sugar,

  • ½ cup of Jack Daniels

  • Add any spicy sauce to your liking and black peppers.

  • Let it marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. If you are using skirt steak you can go with marinating it for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
