Jello Ribbon Salad
This recipe can be made with any variety of colors. You can do red, white and blue for the 4th of July (see picture) or red, white and green for Christmas.
2 3oz. packages grape jello
1 3oz. package lemon jello
½ cup miniature marshmallows
8oz. cream cheese
9oz. can crushed pineapple
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Free whipped topping
2 3oz. packages cherry jello
Dissolve grape jello in 1 ½ cup boiling water, add 1 ½ cup cold water and set until firm. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add marshmallows and dissolve. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and pineapple; add to marshmallow mixture. Fold whipped topping into lemon jello mixture. Pour lemon jello mixture on top of firm grape jello and let set. Dissolve cherry jello in 1⅓ cup boiling water, add 1⅓ cup cold water. Cool and pour on top of lemon jello mixture. Cool until firm.
