Boursin Cheese Spread
Homemade Boursin cheese with fresh herbs.
ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 c. butter at room temperature
- 1/2 c. shredded parmesan or asiago chese
- 1 tbsp. fresh chives
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 tsp. thyme
- salt to taste

Place the herbs and parmesan in a food processor. Blend well.

Add butter and cream cheese, blend well.

Add salt to taste and blend again.

Use a spatula to remove all the Boursin to a bowl and serve with crackers or use on sandwiches. Will keep for a couple of weeks in the refrigerator.
