ingredients

  • 1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup flour
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 Cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne red pepper
  • 1 TBSP. lemon juice
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
