Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
Add two tablespoons of wheat germ to this delicious smoothie for an added protein boost to start your day.
ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 8 to 10 strawberries, washed and cut up in large pieces
- 14 to 20 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
directions
In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, ice, and orange juice. Pulse and blend until the ice breaks down to your smoothness preference.
