Lemon and Dill Grilled Salmon
ingredients
- 4 (5- to 6-oz.) salmon fillets, skin on
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup minced fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

1. Heat grill. Sprinkle salmon with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and pepper. Combine all remaining ingredients, including remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, in small bowl. Spread over top of salmon.

2. Grill salmon skin-side down, covered, over medium heat or coals 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon just begins to flake.
