- Ingredients:
- • Mexican chili (see recipe below)
- o Ground beef (can use turkey also)
- o Kidney beans (pinto or black can be substituted)
- o Taco seasoning
- o Salsa (fresh works best but you can use any kind)
- • Shredded cheese
- • Tortilla shells, sliced in half
- • Diced green onions
- • Shredded lettuce
- • Diced tomatoes
- • Sour cream
- Mexican Chili
- • Brown meat, drain fat and add taco seasoning. After this has simmered for approximately 5-7 minutes add salsa and beans. Let simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Assembling the lasagna:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray.

Layer as follows:

• Mexican chili

• Cheese

• Tortilla shells
- 7
• Repeat until chili is gone. Last layer should be tortilla shells and cheese, top cheese with diced green onions.

Bake until cheese is completely melted and starting to brown. Let cool for five minutes. Serve garnished with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
