Blueberry Muffins

ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted shortening
- 1 cup fresh or frozen
- blueberries

Pre-heat oven to 450°, and prepare muffin tins, either with paper liners (sprayed with shortening), or by lightly greasing.

Sift together first four ingredients. Stir in egg and milk. Fold in melted shortening and blueberries. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake.
