  • 3 STALKS CELERY CHOPPED

  • 3 CARROTS CHOPPED

  • ½ ONION CHOPPED

  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC CHOPPED

  • 1 CUP WHITE WINE

  • 1 8OZ BEEF BROTH

  • 2 CANS 28OZ TOMATO PUREE

  • ½ CUP LIGHT CREAM

  • S&P TO TASTE

  • 2 TBSP FRESH PARSLEY

  • FIRST SAUTE IN 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL

  • CELERY, ONION,CARROTS & GARLIC, PARSLEY.

  • THEN ADD MEAT & CHOP WITH WODDEN SPOON, COOK (DO NOT DRAIN)

  • THEN ADD WINE, BROTH & PUREE.

  • COOK FOR 1+½ HOURS ON LOW SIMMER)

  • LAST 20-30 MINS ADD CREAM.

  • COOK MACRONI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE. (ORECHIETTE WORKS BEST)
