S&P TO TASTE
2 TBSP FRESH PARSLEY
FIRST SAUTE IN 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL
CELERY, ONION,CARROTS & GARLIC, PARSLEY.
THEN ADD MEAT & CHOP WITH WODDEN SPOON, COOK (DO NOT DRAIN)
THEN ADD WINE, BROTH & PUREE.
COOK FOR 1+½ HOURS ON LOW SIMMER)
LAST 20-30 MINS ADD CREAM.
COOK MACRONI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE. (ORECHIETTE WORKS BEST)
