- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish

Bake for 35-45 minutes until firm and brown. Do not overbake
