TURKEY CHILI CHEESE BURGER
This is a Rachel Ray burger. You can’t beat Rachel Ray burgers
ingredients
- HAMBURGER FIXIN’S:
- 2# turkey breast
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 jalepeno choppped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- few dashed hot sauce
- 1/2 grated pepper jack cheese
- salt & pepper
- TOPPINGS:
- 8 slices pepper jack cheese
- 2 ripe avacados
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- lettuce

Mix all ingredients under HAMBURGER FIXIN’S. Shape into 4 equaal hamburger patties press burger more in the middle to allow it to expand. Cook 5-6 min each side until well done.

While cooking patties, mash avacados, add sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Place cheese on meat to melt. Layer bun, lettuce meat & avacado mash
