Great easy appetizer and kids love them. Leave them whole and pack in school lunch bag.

ingredients

  • 1 pkg. ham slices - rectangle size
  • 1 jar Baby dill pickles (Milwaukee’s Best work well)
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese

directions

  • 1

    Soften the cream cheese either in a microwave or leave out on counter until room temperature.

  • 2

    Spread thin layer of cream cheese on ham slice all the way to the edges of ham.

  • 3

    Place one pickle on short end of hame and roll up.

  • 4

    Repeat until you run out of cream cheese.

  • 5

    Place all rolls in a zip lock bag and refrigerate a minumum of 2 hours up to overnight.

  • 6

    When ready to serve, place four toothpicks in each roll and slice between toothpicks.

  • 7

    Serve cold.
