Fingerling Potato Oven Fries
Yummy oven fries made out of mini fingerling potatoes.
ingredients
- 1 bag of mini fingerling potatoes
- 1 tablespoon sundried tomato olive oil
- 1 table spoon hickory garlic spice
- 1 handful rosemary
directions
Scrub fingerlings and dry. Cut into several small circles. Put the potato circles in a large (gallon-sized) ziploc bag. Add sundried tomato olive oil, garlic hickory spice and rosemary, and shake, shake, SHAKE! Bake for 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
