Baked Beans
I got this recipe a long time ago from Barb English my Mother-in-law. Very tasty and worth the time.
ingredients
- 3-4 cans Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
- 1/2 lb. Bacon
- Catsup
- Brown Sugar
- Molasses
- Garlic salt
- onion, chopped to taste
- Worcestershire sauce
directions
Saute bacon and onion until done, reserving 2 slices of bacon for baking. Mix remaining ingredients to taste and pour over beans. Mix well and layer the 2 strips of bacon over top of beans. Bake at 350° until thick, several hours.
