Broiled Grapefruit
A hot, instead of cold, fruit serving for those winter mornings.
ingredients
- 1 grapefruit, pink or yellow
- 2 Dot(s) of butter
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
directions
Cut grapefruit in half crosswise; loosen sections. Cut white membrane out center of each. Dot with butter; sprinkle with sugar and dash of ground cinnamon. Broil 4 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes on until tops bubble. Serve hot.
