Stuffed Wontons

Debbie Carter used to make this when all of our kids were at Miss Ann’s. This one is keeper.

ingredients

  • 1 pkg. of Wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz grated monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 of a small can of chopped black olives
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 small bottle of Ranch dressing
  • 1 Lb of sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained

directions

Mix all ingredients (except Wonton wrappers) Set aside. Press Wonton wrappers into mini muffin pan and Bake at 350° for 5 minutes. Place about a Tablespoon of the sausage mixture into wrappers. Bake another 5 minutes until warm and bubbly. Serve warm.
