Ridiculously low fat asian vegetables and rice

  • Enough rice for whoever is dining

  • 3 tblsp Soy sauce

  • 2 tsp Fish sauce

  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder (or more to taste)

  • 1 tblsp fresh grated ginger

  • Assorted vegetables (carrot, snow peas, bok choy)

  • tahini, chilli paste, sesame oil, coriander, tuna (to taste)

  • Put the rice on to cook.

  • Fill up a fry pan so it is about ⅓-½ full with water. Add the soy, stock and fish sauce and bring to the boil. When it is boiling throw in the ginger and vegetables. Cook vegetables.

  • When they are done serve them on the rice with as much of the soup-y water as you like.

  • Spoon a teaspoon or more of tahini onto each bowl. You can also add chilli paste, coriander, mint and sesame oil and even tuna on top and mix through.
