Ridiculously low fat asian vegetables and rice
ingredients
- Enough rice for whoever is dining
- 3 tblsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder (or more to taste)
- 1 tblsp fresh grated ginger
- Assorted vegetables (carrot, snow peas, bok choy)
- tahini, chilli paste, sesame oil, coriander, tuna (to taste)

Put the rice on to cook.

Fill up a fry pan so it is about 1/3-1/2 full with water. Add the soy, stock and fish sauce and bring to the boil. When it is boiling throw in the ginger and vegetables. Cook vegetables.

When they are done serve them on the rice with as much of the soup-y water as you like.

Spoon a teaspoon or more of tahini onto each bowl. You can also add chilli paste, coriander, mint and sesame oil and even tuna on top and mix through.
