Easy Breezy Potatoes

These potatoes are mostly cooked in the microwave and then finished in a hot oven. Great when you have very limited time and everyone will love them!

- 2-3 lbs. potatoes, any variety
- Butter
- 4.5 oz. jar minced garlic
