Crock-Pot Turkey Breast
I got this recipe from my sister Betty Marlene Byers Surratt, about 5 years ago... Needless to say I was doubtful, but it not only worked, it was wonderful...
ingredients
- 1 small or medium sized Turkey Breast
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened.
- 3 medium Granny Green Apples, cored and sliced in wedges
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Rub breast with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, about 1 teaspoon each. Place breast heavy side or meaty side down in crock-pot, arrange apple slices around the breast, place lid on, and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours. No fluids needed, it will pull the natural juice from the apples as it cooks. Turkey Breast is very moist and also easy to make.
