Sue Calder Turkey Burger
I’d tried turkey burgers for years and could never get them right... the Heffernan’s always grilled up an awesome turkey burger and Sue had the recipe
ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey meat
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sea salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
directions
Mix the ingredients. That’s it. I put the patties in the fridge for a while to let them get more firm.
notes
Wipe down the grill with olive oil before putting the burgers on, and watch that you don't let the paper towel catch fire. 'Cause that hurts.
