Crockpot Lasanga
This is the most amazing Lasanga!!!!
ingredients
- 1.5 to 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 oz. Tomato sauce
- 8 oz tomato paste
- 1.5 c. water
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 4 c. mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
directions
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, salt, and oregano. Combine all the cheese into a separate bowl. Spread 1/2 to 1/2 sauce mixture in bottom of cooker. Arrange 1/3 of noodles on top of sauce mixture and top with 1/3 of cheeses. Repeat until finished. Cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. *Excellent & Easy*
