Cream Cheese Enchiladas

  • 5 Chicken Breasts

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

  • 8 oz can Green Enchilada Sauce (found in Mexican food isle)

  • 8 oz Bag Shredded Cheese

  • 8 oz can of Rotel

  • 12 Tortillas

  • Boil chicken breast until completely cooked through. Then remove from hot water and shred chicken. In sauce pan combined chicken, rotel and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese melts. Then scoop chicken mixture into tortilla and set folded side down in a greased casserole dish. Pour green enchilada sauce on top of enchiladas and then cover with shredded cheese!!!!!!!!!!
