Spicy Orange Pork Chops
ingredients
- 6 loin pork chops - 1 in. thick
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. orange rind - grated
- 1 cup orange juice
directions
Rinse chops and pat dry. Coat with flour and salt mixture. Heat oil in large skillet and brown chops for about 8 min. ea. side. Drain grease from pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 min. or until chops are fork tender. Baste occasionally with sauce.
