Vanilla Pear Smoothie

ingredients

  • 1 Bartlett Pear, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 5 ounces fat free Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 packets Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon, optional

directions

Combine ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately
