Three Cheese Baked Fettucine
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease medium casserole dish.
2. Cook pasta 8-10 minutes until al denté in boiling salted water; drain.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the onion under tender. Stir in the fettuccine, heavy cream, ½ the Parmesan and Romano cheeses, salt and pepper. Transfer to the prepared dish.
4. In a bowl mix the remaining cheeses and sprinkle over fettuccine mixture.
5. Bake 15 minutes until bubbly or golden brown.
