Thai Penne Pasta
ingredients
- 1 oz Chili Garlic Sauce (Lee Kum Kee Brand)
- 8 oz Coconut milk
- 5 oz Half & Half
- 3 oz heavy cream
- 7 oz Boiled Penne pasta
- 3 oz Fresh spinach
- 4 oz Chicken, beef, or shrimp
- 1/2 oz Roasted red bell pepper
- Fresh basil

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Remove 7 oz from the mix and reduce in a saute pan to approximately half.

Combine ingredients 5-9 and when reduction is complete, place the ingredients into the saute pan.

Saute on medium heat until meat is fully cooked.
