Blake and Chandler's French Dip
This is so easy, smells incredible while cooking, and is delicious and healthy too!
ingredients
- 2 lb. beef top round roast
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup of light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 whole pepper corns, or fresh ground pepper (1/4 tsp., or to liking)

Place roast in slow cooker. Add water, soy sauce, and seasonings.

Cover, and cook on high for 5-6 hours.

Remove meat from broth and thinly slice, or shred. Keep warm

Pour broth in small cups for dipping
- 5
Serve on rolls. (We like to toast them w/pepper jack cheese)
