Seafood Salad
ingredients
- 1 cup flaked, cooked seafood (crab meat, shrimp, lobster, tuna, or salmon in large chunks)
- 1/2 cup cut-up celery, 1/4" pieces
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 or 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut up
- 1/4 cup finely broken crisp bacon
directions
Toss seafood, celery, lemon juice, sale, and pepper together. Mix in mayonnaise. Carefully fold in eggs. Chill thoroughly. Sprinkle with the crisp bacon.
notes
If desired, serve in tomato or on drained pineapple or avocado slices on salad greens.
