Kids Energy Balls
This is a recipe that I used at summer camp so the kids could make their own snack. Very simple, easy to make & loaded with fun for all.
ingredients
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2-cup peanut butter
- 1/2-cup honey
- Raisins, (optional)
- 1 can coconut
- Crushed nuts may be used also
directions

Mix all ingredients together well & roll into balls, then roll each ball into the coconut or crushed nuts. May be stored in an airtight container, IF they last that long. Most kids eat them as they make them.
