Asiago and Lobster Gnocchi
ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 oz. Asiago cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup lobster meat
directions

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the cream and heat until almost a boil. Gradually mix in the cheeses, being careful NOT to boil. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat immediately or the sauce may clump.

3. Add lobster and gnocchi; simmer.
