Asiago and Lobster Gnocchi

  • 1 lb gnocchi

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 8 oz. Asiago cheese

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup lobster meat

  • 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  • 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the cream and heat until almost a boil. Gradually mix in the cheeses, being careful NOT to boil. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat immediately or the sauce may clump.

  • 3. Add lobster and gnocchi; simmer.
