Crab Cakes
1. Peel and thinly slice the potato, place in boiling water until soft, then mash.
2. Mix together mashed potato and crab meat, thyme, crushed red pepper flakes, basil, salt and pepper. Form 4 large crab cake patties, and sauté 5 minutes on each side over medium heat in skillet.
