Broccoli Cheese Soup

¼ cup red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2½ cups milk
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 lb. processed cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli

1. Melt butter over medium-heat in saucepan. Cook and stir onions in butter until tender.
2. Add milk and cream cheese; stirring until melted. Stir in cheese and broccoli until cooked.
