Flour Tortilla Flat Bread Roll Ups

ingredients

  • 2- packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1-jar olives, drained and diced small
  • 4-TBSP. Dukes Mayo
  • 3 to 4-of each- green, yellow & red bell peppers, sliced into very thin strips or diced very small
  • 2-packages bean sprouts
  • Salt, pepper, & garlic salts, to taste
  • 2- TBSP. chives
  • 1-package, (20) flour tortilla

directions

  • 1

    Mix cream cheese, mayo, olives, chives & seasonings together until well blended. Spread onto flour tortillas. Top with peppers & bean sprouts, then roll & cut into flat bread finger sandwiches. May be cut in half or cut into 1-inch circles to be served as appetizers.
